Emergency Towing Operations Training Plan

  • Theoretical Training: 19.5 Hours
  • Practical Training (Kongsberg Simulator & Deck Exercises): 20 Hours

Daily Schedule

  • Classroom Training: 0800-1200 (4 Hours)
  • Kongsberg Simulator Practical Training: 1300-1700 (4 Hours)

Maximum Number of Participants per Training Group

  • Theoretical class: 6 participants
  • Practical exercises: 3 participants

Certification Requirements

Participants shall:

  1. Attend 100% of training.
  2. Pass a 60-minute written examination consisting of 50 questions with a minimum passing score of 70%.
  3. Pass the practical assessment.
