Certification Standard

This course is certified by Global Wind Organisation (GWO). Successful participants receive the applicable GWO WINDA training record for the completed module.

Target Audience

Personnel working in the wind industry who have duties in a wind turbine environment and who may be required by their employer to perform or lead advanced rescue operations.

Prerequisites

Participants must be medically fit and capable of fully participating in the training. Participants must have a personal WINDA profile and provide their own WINDA ID before completion of the training. Participants must also hold valid GWO BST Working at Heights, GWO BST First Aid and GWO BST Manual Handling training records.

Participants

Maximum 12 participants. Practical exercises are delivered according to GWO instructor-to-participant ratios, with a maximum of 4 participants per instructor during practical activities.
