- The course effectively clarified troubleshooting concepts
I enjoyed the course. It clarified some doubts I had regarding the troubleshooting process. The course is designed exactly as it should be—it provides a basic understanding of root-cause analysis. I wish I had this knowledge before; it would have made my job much easier.
Additionally, the amount of supplementary information and manuals I received from the lecturer will be a great support in future troubleshooting.

I am very pleased with the training center. Organization of the educational process, personnel, especially instructors assessors. The whole process, both training and practical, is at a high level.
